Preheat oven to 200C/400F
Mix all the dry ingredients well. Add the olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
Gradually add the lukewarm water until a comfortable dough is obtained for work.
Taste the dough for the salt level. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Shape bread in a rectangular mold. It is better to have a disposable mold from the carton.
Cover the mold with a baking paper.
Check the bread with a toothpick. If it comes out dry, cover the bread with aluminum foil,
reduce heat to 175 and transfer the bread to the center of the oven.
Bake for another 20 minutes. Chill well.
300 gr of almond flour
60 gr of coconut flour
40 gr flax seeds
40 gr psyllium
1 tbs baking powder
1/2 tbs erythritol
1 tsp of Himalayan salt
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
1-2 cups of lukewarm water
The psyllium can be replaced with other dry materials
