Oven-baked cabbage

How?

Take medium cabbage heads and divide into quarters

If they are small, divide into halves

Fill with olive oil between the leave.

Placed on the baking paper.

 

Heat the oven to 360F/180C degrees.

Place the pan in the center of the oven.

Cooke in oven About two hours.

 

You can serve hot or cold
