Roast Beef

 

How?

Preheat oven to very high heat.

Cover with mustard, liquid butter, garlic and spices

Put in the oven for 10 minutes on high heat

Reduce heat and continue for up to 40 minutes

Cook for the extent of your love (Medium is recommended).

If there are leftover you can use sandwiches or salads

Serve with mustard or mayonnaise, Homemade pickles or a refreshing salad (cabbage or lettuce).

 

 

You can serve it with Tahini, home-made pickles or a refreshing salad (cabbage or lettuce).

2 kg of meat for roast beef

Dijon Mustard

100g of butter without salt

2 tsp. crushed garlic

Coarse Himalayan salt

Black pepper
