Sweet Sweet bread
Preheat oven to 220c.
In a small bowl, mix the apple cider vinegar with baking soda. There will be unrest.
In a food processor, mix the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and erythritol.
Add the apple cider vinegar, the egg and the yolk
Keep a little of the yolk for brushing the bread + a tablespoon of water
Taste and check that the taste and correct sweetness if necessary.
Spread the dough in bread mold.
Reduce heat to 180c.
Bake for about 40 minutes, and cool for at least 20 minutes
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
250 gr almond flour
20 gr erythritol or other surgical substitue
1 egg yolk
20 gr butter
80 ml hot water
1 tsp Himalayan salt
Sesame seeds for decoration
