This dish has 3 levels: Vegetable with Tahini, Fish, and Salad on top
1st level: Cut all the vegetables into medium pieces.
Divide the cauliflower into flowers.
Peel the garlic cloves, cut in half.
Arrange in a baking pan, cover with tahini and salt.
Bake in a warm oven for about 40 minutes
2nd level: Soak the fish in olive oil, garlic, and lemon.
Bake it in a paper bag in the oven, or fry in a pan and then grill.
3rd level: Prepare the green salad, add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and white pepper.
Plating: Place the vegetables in tahini, gently place the fish and carefully addd the salad.
1st level: Cauliflower, red onion, artichokes, one tomato, a few cloves of garlic

2nd level: Boneless fish (sea salt, sea bass, sea bass), olive oil, garlic, salt, and spices to taste (Mediterrane)
3rd level: Green salad: lettuce, coriander, micro-leaves + olive oil + lemon + thin Himalayan salt and white pepper
