How?

 

In a 20cm iron skillet, melt ghee butter.

When the butter is melted, add the greens.

Lightly fry. Add the eggs.

It is advisable to cover for several minutes that ensure uniform frying

When the texture is desired, lay the cheese in the corners of the skillet.

Salt with Himalayan salt and peppers. Serve to the table in the hot pan.

Combine seasonings: chili, spicy green pepper
