How?

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

In a bowl or Magimix mix all the dry ingredients.

Add egg, olive oil and water and mix again.

Add spices and salt and taste to balance the salt.

Make small balls and roll in the form of sticks (about 7 cm)

roll in a mixture of sesame and sunflower

Lay on baking paper and bake for 10-15 minutes

20 gr Flax seeds

10 gr Chia seeds

1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan salt

1 teaspoons baking powder

1 egg

2 tablespoons of water
