Cauliflower 3 ways
Cook cauliflower in water with salt until softened.
Drain and grind the cream.
Wipp the cream and add to the cauliflower.
Season with salt and white pepper. Add the garlic.
Beat with a handwash or an espuma (Whip Cream Dispenser).
Serve hot or cold
In Magimix or any manual device, break the cauliflower into crumbs.
Sprinkle with olive oil and add a squeezed lemon
Season with salt. Create small balls.
Cauliflower whipped cream:
1 medium cauliflower
A spoon of crushed garlic
Cauliflower, olive oil, Himalaya salt, white pepper
Smoked paprika (can also chili)
